Not to their fault, the door we were trying to open had dead batteries in the keypad lock on our first day. We had to call customer service 4 times to try different codes over a period of 4 hours before we got access to our unit. The unit itself is sufficient. The only other complaint I have about the property is cleanliness. I understand stray animals are unavoidable, but we stepped in large amounts of fecal matter trying to get to our unit; therefore, we tracked feces into our unit without knowing and had to clean the floor later. That was a huge stress. I believe storage depot could improve assessing cleanliness on the property.
