EDIT 2025: Under Storage Depot's management, I feel more at ease. Their customer service has been the very best since Byrd retired. The staff is kind, but the prices have increased consistently since they bought out Byrd. In 2018-2020, I paid 68 per month for my unit. Now in 2022, it's 150, and I and my husband have been financially struggling to keep up (we are responsible, but my first TX job no longer runs on hourly wages and cut my hours. I have had to pick up a second, but I fear it won't be enough after car insurance). We can't afford to cancel, either. Family is unable to help due to unrelated events. Why are prices hiking so high?
