I was skeptical about the location because of a missing gate situation and it looked like it had been ran down by a car around ... I was skeptical about the location because of a missing gate situation and it looked like it had been ran down by a car around the whole property. I called the call center and spoke with a manager and I was assured that the gate was damaged as a result of previous owners but that it did not actually function under the new management team. Well I wasn't sure how I felt about a location not being gated with my items inside, but I later found out that the gate wasn't needed anyway. The unit was inside of a building that had a keypad on it. All of the units were enclosed. The gate would have been a welcome extra layer of protection, but the units are still locked behind a door. Very nice customer service team.
