The place is deserted and there's no where for a person or persons to hide. It's convenient and well maintained. No genuine danger. Inexpensive and easy access and lots of space and no HOA harassment style enforcement of non-existent issues with either RVs parked or closed storage units. If there are burglaries, it is because money is needed from filing insurance claims on something that wasn't even there most probably. Yeah, I said that. I have rented from various places for decades, so I know.
