First off, customer service was excellent! I really enjoy conversing with one of the representative. I was purchasing this for my mother who's elderly and they were really patient with all the questions my mother and I asked. Also, the storages were clean inside and the surrounding areas looks safe and guarded. I would most definitely recommend storage depot to anyone who is looking for a place to store there personal belongings.
