Storage depot has not owned this storage facility very long. At least they fixed the security gate, which was my grip with the other ... Storage depot has not owned this storage facility very long. At least they fixed the security gate, which was my grip with the other company. Every time I drove by the security gate would be open. I was surprised Storage Depot did not pro-rate the move out month. March 14th was the date I moved out. You pro-rate on move in. I swept the unit out, left it better than when I moved in. Also I was paying 127.00 monthly for a 5x10 approximately. I feel that Storage Depot does a good job keeping the gate in working order. I would rent from Storage Depot if I needed a small storage unit.

Their customer service has been excellent. There were a few bumps but we got it all sorted out. They helped me lower my bill ... Their customer service has been excellent. There were a few bumps but we got it all sorted out. They helped me lower my bill and move to another storage when I was being charged from previous owners way more than I should have been charged. I appreciate the time they took to help. Definitely recommend this place.
