I rented the unit last Saturday, we don’t need it for 3 weeks but with only 3 left in the size we need, we took ... I rented the unit last Saturday, we don’t need it for 3 weeks but with only 3 left in the size we need, we took it on the spot, put the lock on while talking on the phone and getting the financial part taking care of on our way home. The young lady was very nice and helpful, when she told me about the unit, she said there are no promotions on these units. We were concluding when she ask me to leave a review and clicked on the feedback but instead I got to Copper’s rental page that showed the 3 month 1/2 price promotion, I asked about and she said she didn’t know about it and was very sorry but she couldn’t do anything about it now, she was truly sorry. I think she was, I let it go. But it seems the rental agency that Copper’s hired should be made aware of promotions going on. I contacted them today that we would be moving in next week and a different young lady helped me and everything went smooth. She said just get the declaration page to them and they will remove the insurance fee. I have read some reviews that indicated that was a problem in the past, I hope that Won’t be the case. Noticed the gate open also, no security, reviews about that didn’t sound good. I guess we will see. So far my interaction has been good with the exception of not getting the promotion and not having a choice over the insurance, which we haven’t had to do with other storage units.
